Grillacoat Return Policy

We stand behind Grillacoat and want you to feel confident ordering from us. Please read the policy below to understand eligibility and how returns are handled.

30-Day Return Window

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of purchase.

  • To start a return, you must have your order number or proof of purchase.

Eligibility for a Refund to Original Payment Method

You are eligible for a full refund (money back) if:

  • The product is returned within 30 days of purchase, and

  • The bottle is unopened (factory seal intact), and

  • The bottle and packaging are not damaged.

If your return meets the criteria above and is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method once the return has been received by GRILLACOAT LLC.

Opened or Damaged Products

If the bottle is opened or damaged (including leaking, cracked, or missing the seal), we do not issue money-back refunds.

  • Opened or damaged products are eligible for store credit only, issued after we review the return.

How to Start a Return

Email our support team at joel@grillacoat.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you want to return
  • A brief reason for the return
  • Photos (recommended, especially if there is damage)

We'll reply with return instructions and the return address.

Return Shipping

  • Unless the return is due to an error on our end, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

Processing Time

  • Once your return arrives and is inspected, we'll process:

    • Refunds (if eligible) back to the original payment method, or
    • Store credit (if opened/damaged)

  • Please allow 5–10 business days after inspection for processing. Bank processing times may vary.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards are non-refundable.

  • Items marked final sale (if applicable) are not eligible for return.
