Grillacoat Shipping Policy

This Shipping Policy explains how Grillacoat processes, ships, and delivers orders placed through our website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.

 


 

1. Where We Ship

 

Grillacoat currently ships within the United States (all 50 states).

If you don’t see your location available at checkout, we may not be shipping to your area yet.

 


 

2. Free Shipping

 

We offer FREE standard shipping on U.S. orders over $100 (before taxes and after discounts).

  • Free shipping eligibility is calculated automatically at checkout.

  • Orders under $100 will have shipping rates calculated at checkout.

 

 


 

3. Carriers

We ship orders using:

  • USPS

  • UPS

Carrier selection may vary based on your location, package size/weight, and the shipping method chosen at checkout.

 


 

4. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day.

  • During high-volume periods (launches, promotions, holidays), processing times may be longer.

Note: Processing time is separate from shipping/transit time.

 


 

5. Estimated Delivery Times

 

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout. Typical transit times within the U.S. are:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (if offered): 2–3 business days

  • Express Shipping (if offered): 1–2 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, peak seasons, or other factors outside our control.

 


 

6. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the shipping label is created.

 


 

7. Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Grillacoat is not responsible for delivery issues caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Missing apartment/suite numbers

  • Address forwarding issues

  • Customer-requested reroutes after shipment

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we can reship it once the address is confirmed, but additional shipping charges may apply.

 


 

8. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you did not receive your package:

  1. Check around your property and with neighbors/household members.

  2. Contact the carrier (USPS/UPS) for delivery details.

  3. Email us at info@grillacoat.com with your order number and tracking info


We will help investigate, but Grillacoat is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier. Reshipments or credits (if offered) are handled on a case-by-case basis.

 


 

 

9. Damaged Shipments

 


If your order arrives damaged:

 

  • Contact [Insert Support Email] within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include:

     

    • Your order number

    • Photos of the damaged product

    • Photos of the shipping box and label

     

 


We’ll review and, if approved, provide a replacement, store credit, or another resolution depending on the situation.

Return shipping is handled according to our Return Policy.

 

  • Unless the return is due to our error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
